Asrock z68 extreme 7 OC problems

I want to OC my 2700k but always if the temp get 60c the multiplier goes down I dont know why I disable all C1E etc. option but this didnt work????
I can get it stabile at 4.5 GHZ DDR at 1866 after 4h prime crash????

I find whot u need to is:

TurboModus enable
Short Dration Power Limit on 180
Long Duration Power Limit on 150


Core Current Limit Option not higher as 180

Now is working I'm getting 4.7Ghz at 1.32 for now stabil , temp 67C
