If ASRock support still monitors these forums, I have an interesting problem I've isolated with four different H67M-ITX motherboards.
I've had four people, including myself, report an incompatibility between a specific 120W 12V DC internal power supply board and the ASRock H67M-ITX. All four H67M-ITX were able to be powered with a different PSU and all 4 DC power boards were able to power other motherboards, including the ASRock Z68 ITX motherboard. I've been putting together PCs for a long time and I've never run into such a specific motherboard / power supply incompatibility.
The symptom is that the motherboard stays on for about 1 second and then powers right back off. Using a different DC power board, same rating (12V 120W) and it works no problem. The same power board has no problem with several other ITX motherboards, including as I said before the ASRock Z68 ITX motherboard. CPU doesn't seem to matter -- it's reproducible with i3-2100, i3-2105, G620 and G530.
I'd be willing to supply ASRock with the DC power supply for testing if interested. The manufacturer of the power supply is willing to test but they cannot get a ASRock H67M-ITX where they are located.
