Asrock B75M power on after shutdown

I have a problem with asrock B75M that powers on after i shut down comp, after a couple of seconds. The bios i've put is a beta 1.47, i've tried with 1.40 the same issue.

What can cause that?

Windows 7 enterprise, an old install, if it matters. On board video card
