AsRock Icon 330 can't play NFL Gamepass video smoothly

Hello there,

My company have 7 set of AsRock Icon330 computers which have installed mainly for watching NFL Gamepass video. However, the quality of the video are not acceptable and the bandwidth are very low. (only 1 frame) esp. watching video archive

I have installed the latest video driver from AsRock website and updated the Adobe Flash Player 11.4 and Java plug-in already. But the situation has no change.

Would you suggest any method to remedy the problem?

Can you play other videos fine? what about other streaming sites?
It's a little difficult to troubleshoot this issue from here, as there are so many variables.

Streaming video requires everything from network, hardware, OS and application to work. Try eliminating each as the potential source of the problem.
