New asrock motherboard with whole new parts dont work

motherboard asrock B75m
cpu intel i5 3.1 2380P
gpu Gigabyte GV-N660 OC PCI-E 3
ram 16gb (8-8) corsair 1333mhz
hard disk drive hitachi 250 GB SATA
power supply Enermax triathlor 700w
monitor tv(vga, hdmi) telefunken t22fx970lp-t


I connect everything, correct, but the monitor shows black.
The power goes to everything, all the fans are turnig and hard disk drives , all seem to work fine
The cables double and triple checked.
No windows no nothing. The hard disk is empty.
Tried with hdmi, and vga, nothing has worked.
The monitor tested with a labtop and works fine, but with specific resolutions,
otherwise it doesnt shows anything. (1024x768)

Tested both with the gpu gigabyte port(hdmi), and from the motherboard port hdmi and vga.
I also reninstall memory,then tried with a single slot, and without any.
Nothing happened
I removed battery , then placed again..
Nothing happened.
I have ALL brand new parts, spend a lot (fortune) and is not working, please, PLEASE help.

I just found that the specific cpu has an asterisk here..
ASRock > B75M R2.0

"Some Intel LGA 1155 CPUs do not have integrated graphics. A discrete VGA card is required if this kind of CPU is installed."

Also, to the list with ram supported, there is not mine
ASRock > B75M R2.0

but there are supported other 8gb rams, from kingston and a-data.

Well to an extent you have answered your own question "P" cpu's dont have on cpu gx ..the motherboard doesnt have a gx chip.
So you will either have to return the cpu and get one with integrated gx or buy a gx card.

The memory may work just fine its just you cant see anything.
