How old is your power supply?
Can you borrow another power supply to test with?

What brand and model name is your keyboard and mouse? PS/2 connection? USB connection?
Can you quickly boot into the bios when you start your computer?

            Re: Asrock AliveNF6G-VSTA

I can try with another power supply but tomorrow.
my mouse and keyboard are with PS/2 connection and I'm pretty sure that the problem is not with them, because I changed them with others and it's the same situation.
I can reach bios settings but not every time (may be after 20 reboots) and it is really slow.
And now I remember that the last time when I success to load OS, there was a pop up messagen for unrecognized usb device (without anything that is plug in usb port), I try to uninstall the driver for usb but after a minute the driver was there again.
            OS: Windows XP Prof. 32bit

            Sorry for my bad english

              Re: Asrock AliveNF6G-VSTA

Make sure that you don't have any usb drives plugged in when you boot.
It sounds like there might be an electrical problem with a usb port and that the very long boot times are caused by this.

If the new power supply doesn't help, remove your motherboard from the computer case and put the board on a cardboard box beside your case where you can connect all wires and cables. There might be a short circuit between your motherboard or rear I/O panel and the case.

              Your English is fine.

                  Re: Asrock AliveNF6G-VSTA

                  You're welcome.
Try a minimal hardware boot after you disconnect your hard drive and mouse.
Also disconnect the hard drive's data cable from the motherboard.
If you have a floppy drive connected, disconnect the floppy drive cable from the motherboard.

All you want to to is to see how long it takes to boot into the bios when you don't have any drives installed.
If you can quickly boot into the bios, I think that your hard drive or the hard drive data cable has a problem.
