no graphics

I have just bought a asrock N68C-GS-FX installed it using a GEFORCE GT 610 PCI card but I can't get any graphics not even on board graphics do you think its a mother board fault or is a conflict between the boards are they comparable

And the GT 610 is still plugged in?
Then did you remove the 610 & see if onboard alone works?
