ASRock z87 OC Formula Release Date

The z87 flavor of the OC Formula has yet to show up on Newegg. Does anyone know when these come out?

I am setting up a water-cooled 4770k build, are the water blocks on these really needed? Most boards seem to not have them. I do not want any fans in the box at all.
