Network adaptor not seen N68C-S UCC with new XP install- SOLVED

Hello,
I had some problems with a hard drive and reinstalled XP.
I am now unable to see the network adaptor.
I have tried reinstalling the XP, searching for new hardware and installing anything available on the motherboard setup disc.
The XP installed is XP Pro 2002 SP 2 that was previously installed on the same machine without problems.
I have setup three of these machines previously without a problem.
Can someone make some suggestions as to how to proceed?

I installed the AllIn1_XP software from the Asroc website and now I can see network adaptor.
I had not mentioned in first post that I had done this with previous XP install with no success.
Once again it seems that persistence pays. If it doesn't work first time try again!
