Asrock G41M-VS3 Motherboard?

I am about to attempt to build a budget PC with an e3300 1GB team DDR3 Ram and a few spares I have sitting around at home (40GB IDE HDD, IDE DVDROM, 24pin ATX psu etc)

My question is, has anyone had any previous experiences with this motherboard OR Asrock in general? It seems as though I can't find ANY customer reviews on this board.

This thing is going to be a replacement for the P4 (single core 1.6ghz no HT) that decided to die on me

#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.

#2 - Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built.
