1. Support Target TDP for FM2+ APU.
2. Update Microcode.
3. Update AGESA code.
4. Support Athlon IIx4 860K.
5. Update EZ OC table.

#2 - Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built.
