ddr3 only running at 1600 and not 2133

hi all just built my first pc and all is well except for my memory only runs at 1600 and not 2133
I've tried upping the dram frq to 2133 and timing but when i do i get the beeps from the motherboard and have to reset the cmos
i have a asrock fm2a75 pro4+ motherboard a amd a series black edition a10 7850k processor and the ddr3 memory I'm using is ripjaws ddr3-2133 pc3 1700 4096mbx2
any advice on settings or over clocking would be most welcome

Simie, what specific G.Skill kits are you using ?

#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.
____If you are overclocking, underclocking, or undervolting any parts, informing us of this and their values would prove beneficial in helping you.

#2 - Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built.
