Hello,
Some time ago, I update my bios from 2.xx to 3.xx and my capabilities of overclocking was blocked, multipler stuck on max 37 and ram frequency on 1333. I wrote to Asrock Support and I got the answer that bios 3.xx is only for Ivy Bridge and I must buy new bios chip with 2.xx version because downgrade from 3.xx to 2.xx is not possibile. I bought the bios chip and everything was back to do standards,
Now, I updated my Windows from 7 to 10 and I have big problem with cpu ussage, every time task menager show cpu ussage 100%,by which multiplier is not falling and Processor is running with full speed.
I read on the internet that alot of people have this problem and solution is update bios version to the new version.
Unfortunately, I cant do this because I do not want to lose opportunities of overcloking.
I hope you will help me in solving this problem.
Greeting, janosik.
