GA-P35-DS4 Rev 2 North Bridge heatsink prevents use of the 1st PCIe x1 slot

You guys need to tweak the heatsink arrangement for this board, because the North Bridge heatsink is in the way of cards inserted in the topmost PCIe x1 slot. You can't even fit normal size cards like most TV tuner cards there. Making the fins just a couple of mm shorter would probably do the trick.
