This gfx card is fanless and has big heatsink attached to the back of the card. I wonder if it collides with chipset heatsink or anything else on the mobo?

Yes it looks as if it WILL be blocked by the northbridge heatsink...anyway i dont think the G33 motherboard is even designed to be used with such graphics cards!

The only way is to plug it into the PCI-e x4 slot.

Ouch, I'd suggest a better board

Anything better by Gigabyte in mATX to support Intel E8400?

It doesn't look to me like micro-ATX at all :(

You could replace the NB heatsink with a smaller or different shaped one like the zalman "flower" shaped one, or get a different Sapphire 3850, the ones with fans are cheaper, and probably actually cooler anyway. I hear alot of those "Silent" cards get way too hot

But ya know in looking at those images of both the card and the board it looks as if the heatsink fins are set back far enough (Designed that way) so that they would not hit the NB anyway (images for others to look and give their opinions) >>>

Or worse comes to worse and you have to have that card, you could get out a dremmel and cut down a few of those NB fins
