No. I will try it if any one confirms it is more stable than F4..
F5b might not be stable for some people but it might work for you. Where as F3 and F4 might work just fine for other people but might not work with your setup.
It cant hurt to try a bios. You can always flash back if you dont like it.
Not all Bios is the same. Each bios you will have to re tweak and re adjust voltages to keep a system stable. You can take settings that worked on one bios and use them in another. You can try as a starting point.

I was F4, i was running IRST and updated to F7 taken from the gigabyte www but IRST refuses to work now, nonstop errors trying to create a cache drive.
I am probably going to just use my SSD as a boot drive and drop the caching 60gb SSD boot and a few select apps, 500GB WDB for other apps, TB drives for storage.
after going from F7, rolling back to a F4 taken from here my bios pic has changed to a U3 based image, how does one change it back or custom change it?

This was made with Jmicron - 1.0.7.24. If you need 1.0.7.06 let me know. If you have a link to it that would be great.
Use at your own risk. Make sure you can recover from a bad flash. I have used this bios my self. I have not used the jmicron ports so I can speak for it. All other things work just fine so you should have no trouble with it.

Steam Mover is awesome if you have a smaller SSD. Mine's 60gb, being able to swap whatever i'm using the most lately is almost priceless.
