Z77X-UP5 TH F12F bios is not activating usb bluetooth dongle at boot/setup it did with F11 to use bluetooth keyboard at boot/bios setup
also not working for usb Hub with usb keyboard in it did for F11
does work with keyboard direct in usb 2 port
hope this is fixed in next one as i need my bth keyboard working at boot

Did you try changing the USB POST settings in the BIOS? It seems there is a new option that allows you to set this in the F12f (well, I hadn't noticed it before upgrading) and it could be the cause of the problem.
