Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS
i was reading all posts and find myself in same situation - feeling totally f***ed up by GB..
i got UD5 board straight after release,i had loads of problems due to bad early bios'es,but i didnt moan and just waited, and since F14 was released im still with it..coz all other bios'es just seems in never ending BETA state
i came to conclusion, that its not worth to buy high end board anymore unless you are serious o'cklocker - you can get mid range good board which doesnt cost much and still be f***ed up by bad software, bios'es in this case - so why pay more ??
i paid 220euro (EU) for this board and to not have simple cpu fan control is laughable to say the least, not to mention other things, which top end board should have
i jumped to GB from Asus, and i must say i made mistake - i had some problems with GB boards in the past (P35 boards) but thought try them again since many forums praise GB..and what a horrible experience i had with top end board...
if you still expecting new bios'es - forget it - GB now concentrated on Z87 and we - "older" tech owners just got f*** royaly..funniest thing is that here is no any word from Stasio or other GB representative, which leads to suggestion that we have "finished" releases for our pricey boards..i probably going to try and sell this mobo with cpu and ram,and get new from Asus - maybe they customer support is horrible, but im yet to have any serious issues with they boards (last time i had it was BX440)
i cant express how much i am dissapointed to get top end board and be in such situation
