As I mentioned, GB never puts them there unless they believe they are stable enough to help their customers. Lots of beta bios builds come to the Tweaktown site here that never get to see the light of day on the main GB download sites--because they are not stable enough to merit placement on the main GB download sites. A very basic lesson anyone who sticks with computer tech for any length of time learns very early on: so called "final" versions of bioses or of programs and games are not and never will be bug free. (My x570 Aorus Master came with bios F3 22 months ago and in linear fashion has progressed to F33j--all the "final" bios versions up to now, like F30, F32, etc. weren't "final" at all.) Every chip, every processor, every piece of software ever made has bugs! However, some are buggier than others, certainly...;)
I am not recommending that people afraid of flashing should flash, only pointing out that there's no rational reason to be afraid of it. But then, if you don't wish to flash at all then best advice is to wait about a year after new CPUs and chipsets are released, because otherwise you will have to do quite a bit of bios flashing if you want a stable, useful system. It's the nature of the beast whenever new CPU architectures and chipsets are released.
The only caveat about the practice of bios flashing that I observe is that I will never buy a motherboard without mechanical dual bios switches again. You might not be able to ruin your installed data or programs when bios flashing--but if by some hook or crook you install the wrong bios--a bios made for another motherboard--you can brick your motherboard...;) However, using GB's Q-flash +, it's now possible to overcome even that sort of careless mistake even without a dual bios. Additionally, bios installing routines like Q-Flash are smart enough these days to prevent you from inadvertently installing the wrong motherboard's bios. With the last few GB bios versions for my motherboard, the bios versions won't even let me install the previous bioses' settings files! It seems to me they've idiot-proofed the procedure as much as possible. imo.
Choosing not to Flash the latest BIOS is about managing risk. We have stable systems that we rely on. These Beta BIOS and driver releases have basic release notes to judge whether they are suitable, dont have any support, and the user feedback on forums is variable - some posters will claim everything is fixed after very little testing and then others blame every problem on the BIOS.

BIOS doesn't affect the LAN issue - thats driver. Until now disabling various settings made the connection stable but there is a new 10.050 driver to try
USB issues will be improved by the F13i over F12 as it has the newer AGESA
BT disappearing and needing power unplugged is h/w related but people have seen improvements with the latest BIOS - maybe its able to reset the glitch during startup
I'm sticking with F12 because I use a BT dongle and other work-arounds for these issues and I'm waiting for a non-beta for the reasons discussed above.
But for a new build I would go for the latest F13i for the B550i
EDIT: The new Realtek 10.050 driver seems to have resolved the random 2.5 LAN disconnects that were in previous drivers. I've used it for 5 days now without any disconnects.

Btw, does anybody know how to save the fan curves to a flash storage for example in BIOS? It's always a tedious task to do after an upgrade.
