  • overclocking e8500 with a ep45-ud3r motherboard

i need a chart or something showing me what i have to disable or do in ep45-ud3r bios so i can overclock my e8500 to 3.4GHz and 4.0GHz. the reason i say that is because for now i want to overlclock on stock cooling to 3.4 but when i get a cpu cooler i will like to get to 4.0 GHz. im really new to this and ive seen other threads with a whole layout of my bios with everything labeled to get a good overclock. by the way i have 4gb of gskills pc8500 1066 ram cl5. i would also appreciate if you can show me how to set the dram timings and all that stuff. im a noob when it comes to bios and overlcoking stuff but hopefully ill learn from you guys. THANKS!!!!
