  • X58-ud3r w/920 a little unstable

I have a x58-ud3r board but it doesn't seem to be too stable. It will generally run prime95 (8 threads fine at 3.885 ghz) with no fails. However the boot is sometimes a bit funny. It sometimes will fail and sometimes boot up wrong. I know it is a voltage issue, but this board has so many voltage settings and it is impossible to find a good guide on it with explanations of the settings. Anyhow, can someone please advise me on what settings I'm going wrong on?

    Specs:

    Core i7 920 at 3.885 Ghz (185 bsclk x 20 with turbo mode on)
    6gb OCZ DDR3 1600
    x58-ud3r
    HT Omega Claro plus+
    2x MSI 4870's 512mb version crossfire
    Seagate 640gb primary
    WD Black 1tb secondary
    Silencer 750 PCPower and cooling

The ram is set at 1480 mhz because no way to get it to 1600 mhz. It runs either at 1480 or like 1850 because no odd numbered mulipliers.

    Voltages are

    Vcore 1.27
    DDR 1.64
    qpi voltage 1.36
    ioh 1.24

can't remember anymore of them off the top. Lemme know what I need to give you.

    Thanks in advance.
