weird noise

i have the GA45-UD3P and when i o.c my cpu and put it to around 1.376 idel and load with llc enabled i get a high pitched screaming noise coming from my board whats going on with it? and should i return the board as its only 2 days old?

one other thing i had the ddr3 version and it does not do this noise also it does not change voltage when llc is enabled where as the ddr2 board i have now does by one notch or 0.00625v???
