Here's what I got
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards - Gigabyte UD3R Mobo
Newegg.com - Intel Pentium E5200 Wolfdale 2.5GHz 2MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops - E5200 Wolfdale 2.5
Newegg.com - CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory - Corsair 2x2gb DDR2 1066 Ram
Alright, I'm trying to run my processor at 333x11 (3.66 GHZ) for a 1:1 ratio so my ram can run at 1066. I can POST, load up Windows, everything - I just get the unavoidable BSOD from time to time. I can pretty much count on one relatively soon when I run at these speeds. Any help would be appreciated, here are some of my BIOS settings, let me know if you need more info.

By the way, my E5200 won't boot unless I use multiples of 333 for the FSB...it's kind of weird!
Thanks guys!
