    I had the same deal with the UD3P and 8 GB of Patriot RAM. What finally worked for me was lowering the MCH core to 1.050V. I also set the command rate to 2 on the advice of Patriot but I'm not sure that makes a difference. Leave the timings and DRAM voltage exactly as G.Skill specs, set the 3.20B, but try lowering MCH. Hope it helps!

          Yes, no problems so far @ 1066 & 1.05. It follows the thread that collective wisdom isn't always correct.
