  • ep45-ud3p for starters

    I recently purchased a ep45-ud3p motherboard with a Intel Q6600, and a G'skill 4GB (2 x 2GB) F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ. I also use an
    XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler


    Right now I am just looking for the non overclocked settings to get the system setup. This is my first post so please don't flame me

    Thanks for posting here, and putting your spec's

    Here would be optimal settings for a NON Overclock, but with EIST And C1E (Speedstep) Disabled for a overclock in mind. That just allows your CPU to run at full stock speeds always and so you will be ready to overclock later. If you do not want to overclock then you can, if you wish, leave C1E and EIST Enabled
