EP45-UD3P + E8400 overclock

I have the above cpu/motherboard. All the forums I see are about overclocking to 4.0mhz. I'm only after maybe a 3.6mhz or so. I'd also like a more "auto" way to do it. I have a feeling me jacking with voltages and stuff is just going to mess something up. I'm new to overclocking never really done it. I've been building computers and stuff for 6 or 7 years. I'd rather have stability then pushing it as far as it would go.

Hi,i have just about the same hardware,i just put this one togather not long ago,im not new to this but some of the bios are tricky so ill just keep an eye open as you do,welcome also.

Hey guys. Check the links in my signature. They should get you what you need. To the OP, look at my settings link for 3.6 at stock voltages. While you won't be setting AUTO on EVERYTHING, you will be setting stock voltages, so no damage to your components. There are some values that are necessary to set manually, but you will still be within spec. Please remember that setting AUTO on some settings will actually OVER-volt your components, so manual is preferable in some places.
