I'll check in a couple of minutes, fyi, I'm running Prime95 (with the rounded option checked) and so far it's passed 5 tests with a cpu temp of 58C, about 6C cooler than IBT.

I'll edit this reply as soon as I can reboot (about 3 minutes), thanks Chike...

Yes Prime95 produce less heat than IBT, at 3.77GHz my E7200 run about 8-9 temps higher with IBT.

I just realize I did have a few programs in the tray running in the background like Anydvd, HP photo utility, etc. Do I have to disable Microsoft Security Essentials as well? It's also been running the whole time lol...BTW, don't I want a 1:1 (2.00 spd) ram ratio for best stability and less ram stress/heat?
I'm bumping MIT cpu voltage up to 1.275 (before droop) in search of 20.4+ Gflops. Only hit 19.7gflops with 1.26v. I'm still leaving FSB (333mhz) and ram timings where you told me to set them until i hit 20.4+ gflops correct?

Update: After changing cpu voltage to 1.275 with CPU-Z showing an actual 1.248v, I'm still only hitting 19.9gflops. Should I keep upping the voltage or perhaps focus on upping the FSB from 333 to perhaps 340mhz or something? Just wondering how far to push this, thanks.

          Try 11MHz incremebs, 344, 355 etc.
Have you tried the Ctrl_F1 at main BIOS screen? Is there more than one 2.00 multiplier? If there is choose the one for 333MHz.

EDIT: I will try my system with your settings (+-) especialy ram speed and timings.

Yes, i'm looking at the advanced MIT settings (ctrl f1)....The only SPD multiplier for 333mhz fsb is 2.00, 2.5 and 3.0.

Just out of curiosity, I lowered cpu voltage back to 1.25 and bumped fsb to 340mhz (spd 2.0/1:1) and am running 3.23ghz with no crashes though I haven't run prime yet. I can put the settings back, just thought I'd see how it did. I just changed fsb back to 333 for you in the bios for the screenshot.

BTW, Realtemp shows the same idle and load temps (maybe 1C degree difference) between the stock 2.53mhz clock and 3.23ghz...hmmm....

Can you pust an image of BIOS SMM after pressing enter to see the oprions?
Could be a bit high tRFC (Refresh to ACT Delay), and possibly high tRD.

I really need that CPU-Z text report, can you upload it to a file sharing site?

I ran some test at 3.16GHz

              DDR-800 5-5-5-15

Slighty better, nothing to lose sleep on.

Which part of BIOS SMM? To see the multiplier options? I'm putting my settings back for 3.16ghz like yours for direct comparison...

At least you got CPU GTLREF, and FSB DeOverVoltage(what the heck is this?)
Obviousely there is something wrong, 2.5 amd 3.0 multipliers are not compatible with 333MHz FSB,
                  2.00 for DDR-555. 2.40 for DDR=800 and 3.20 for DDR-1066

Yes SMM = System Memory Multiplier, select it and press enter, a list should pop up.

                    And a memory bechmark:

This motherboard review mentions some odd things about the board in regard to multipliers. It should have a 2.00/2.40 option for 333mhz fsb but it seems the cpu may determine the spd options in BIOS? Just scroll down to the features...

BTW, is there a special folder that the uploaded attachment needs to be located in? All I'm doing is selecting 'advanced...', typing a line in the message area (read that needs to be done but have tried uploading w/o anything typed there), selecting 'managed attachments', then going to browse, selecting file (in 'my documents'), 'upload' and then 'invalid file' error pops up after 5 seconds. Aggravating...

I have found this picture which shows clearly it does have a 2.40 multiplier (5:6 FSB:RAM ratio) it just don't let you choose it.
Maybe an extended CMOS clear will fic it's head.
Anyways, lets move on to 344x9.5?
