    To all Potential Gigabyte fan undecided....
    I have find the Working recipe....with all the ingredients
    The experience was very smooth
    with EP45 UD3P and E8400 running now at 3.8MHz

    With a the new Bios Now Flash to (F9)
    It have solved a Problem with Vista 64 returning from Sleep
    So now....and the last few days temperature at 33c (low) and 40c (high)
