Exiting F-Flashing (GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R)

Hello,

I built my PC using GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R and have
a question concerning F-Flash.

I accidentally got into F-Flash Menu and didn't know how to exit.
So I just chose "SAVE THE BIOS TO DRIVE" and
pressed "ESC".
In this Menu, ESC means "RESET"

(BTW, Enter means "Power OFF)

I just wanted to exit the F-Flash Menu but have I done something
wrong? I don't want to harm the BIOS.

One more question:
I am just happy with One BIOS so how do I enable/disable
dual BIOS menu?
