    Re: GA-965P-DQ6 (rev. 1.0) Problem

This post can help get you out of the reboot loop. Follow steps 1 - 6. If you can boot, immediately enter the bios and list the settings in the M.I.T. section (see below). When you reboot, you might be OK, but the problem might reappear after you've powered off your system.

Check this post for the info we'll need to help you. Your problem is probably due to some incorrect bios settings.

The bios templates in the post are for different mobos, so you'll need to fill in the settings that apply. Most of these settings are in the M.I.T. panel in the bios.

      Re: GA-965P-DQ6 (rev. 1.0) Problem

The thing is I can not get anything on the monitor, no POST no beeping sound, nothing on the screen, how ever when I try just CPU and Motherboard I get continuous beeping sound which indicates that RAM is missing. PC powers on for about 5 seconds then switches off continuously.

Did everything in the first link second I can not do because I can't get into bios nothing shows on the screen. My personal opinion is that this motherboard is faulty since I have tested everything individually and they all work fine on the other motherboard.

            Re: GA-965P-DQ6 (rev. 1.0) Problem

You've tested all your components on the other machine and there were no problems.
The next step would be to test the other machine's components with your 965P mobo.

It looks like your 965P mobo is faulty, but the only way to confirm this is to perform the second set of tests.
