    0 experience of the board but ,ive read the chipset gets v hot.perhaps a combination of increased voltage and direct fan cooling on the chipset.

            I'm going to make my last try in this forum to help me on this overclocking problem.

            I tried a great number of settings and no way i can boot with CPU Host Clock Control enabled.

            I even tried to downclock my CPU using 6x multiplier. And very conservative RAM settings.

            To note that I can use my memory with 3A memory divider at 5 5 5 15 with CPU Host Clock Control disabled with no problems.

            I overclocked this processor above 3Ghz in a Abit IP35 Pro with no problems, so its not a CPU issue.

            Also tried this settings to boot at 3.2GHZ

              You dont have speedstep enabled right? C1E? CPU Throttling??
