I've tried to do something similar to this profile with no success....

Re: X38-DQ6 Reboots when overclocking
I'm going to make my last try in this forum to help me on this overclocking problem.
I tried a great number of settings and no way i can boot with CPU Host Clock Control enabled.
I even tried to downclock my CPU using 6x multiplier. And very conservative RAM settings.
To note that I can use my memory with 3A memory divider at 5 5 5 15 with CPU Host Clock Control disabled with no problems.
I overclocked this processor above 3Ghz in a Abit IP35 Pro with no problems, so its not a CPU issue.
Also tried this settings to boot at 3.2GHZ
