Unfortunately not. I hooked mine both up to a 4 pin molex adapter each. I don't use the BIOS PWM/Voltage control, I use the CPU header to be able to control my Yate Loon GFX fan with Speedfan.
I found the Fan header specs on this UD3P to be the worst thing about the board. What's needed is 4 PWM headers, all outputing a max of 12V. The 5V header is a complete waste of time IMO.
