Ep45-ud3p & q9650 oc suggestions?

I just got the board and my q9650 is on the way, i have never over clocked before and i would like to know if anyone could give me som advise, or even a template as to what my setting should be at when i first try to do it i want it to be a safe and stable system not to extreme, any help would be nice.
