problem with installing gigabyte vga utility

when i restart my pc after installing gigabyte vga utility at start up it pops up with empty VGA Utility folder also there is no tray icon of this program can anyone help me? thanks<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

i resolved this problem but now i cant update vga utility.i am still on version build 2004.09.17
