  • Cant find drivers during the install of windows 7

I am not sure what my setup should be in the bios stuff:
    Motherboard: GA-X48-DS5
    Harddrive: WD1001FALS
I dont know what setup I am supposed to use for this Sata setup (AHCI/RAID). And I am very new to this, so those words, I reallly dont know what the mean. I need to know what settings do I use in the bios. And I also need to know where these drivers are and what media I should use to install them. Last night I was using a cd, but I wasn't sure if I had the right drivers. Also, a lot of guides use floppy disks ( I do not have this outdated technology).

Check your PM mate. That should get you started. P.S If you DVD/CD ROM is SATA stick it in SATA 3 or something like that. Just stay away from those purple ones.
