Re: Help w/ 3.2B Multi on EP43-DS3LR
Is it OK that Windows and other games / programs don't recognize the right CPU speed? I notice that when I check the console after Crysis loads it reports my system as 4.16 Ghz instead of the 333 x 10 = 3330 Mhz. It won't hurt performance will it?
Thank you so much for the suggestions Psycho.

Re: Help w/ 3.2B Multi on EP43-DS3LR
It is an issue with some programs that don't use the correct way of detecting CPU speed. Crysis is one of those programs, and even windows itself is guilty of it. These progs use the default max multi x current FSB to arrive at the CPU speed, even if you've lowered the multiplier. For example Windows & and even Orthos Prime report my CPU speed as 4.315GHz, (10.5*411) when it is in fact 3.9GHz (9.5*411). Nothing to worry about. What ever CPU-Z reports is highly accurate.Coolermaster CM 690 II advance Case
