Help me help you. I am not sure what all you've done but I think its best you start over. 1st reset your comos, then back into the bios choose load optimized defaults. Then reboot back into Bios and select Intregrated Peripherials and set up this screen as you require. Reboot back into bios ans set up as you require, Advanced Bios Fetures, Standard Bios fetures and PC Health Status. I am not faimilure with your board so you have to tell me what settings you have or do not have. After you make you adjustments hit F11 to save the current bios. Name it basic or something you like.
Then boot back into bios and make the changes below. After changes are made Hit F11 again and save it as basic again just over write it. Then boot into windows and see what you get. Also add remove any setting you have in your bios in the below template.
