          Please watch the movie
          I watched the movie
When you hard boot or use Framework the bios goes back to factory default settings. OK you are running at 267Mhz FSB with an increase on cpu and northbridge voltage and you are using a 350Watt Maximum Power Supply The AX 400W ----->

I would try a better power supply.
You are also using F6 bios. An F7 bios is offered
I would flash the bios. Scroll down on next page. ----->

Here is a good bios flash tutorial by Lsdmeasap. Please read and yes use QFLASH.-----> http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/bios...h-guide-27576/

This may or may not help you. Please let us know how that goes.

Bios update does not even cause a further problem because the memory is detected by the motherboard as CL5.

              200Mhz X 12 cpu clock ratio = 2400Mhz OC 267Mhz x 12 cpu clock ratio = 3204Mhz
200Mhz FSB memory clock x3.33=667DDR OC 267Mhz FSB memory clock x3.33=890DDR

You are pushing OC to high for CPU or to much FSB for memory. Please check your cpu-z.
              You should loosen timings more.
              What is your cpu-z 1.5?

                  memset4.0 shows 666Mhz ??? Problem Timmings 5-5-5-10 tRAS(10)problem
DRAM auto values in bios are not any good for OC. DRAM 1.9v= problem
FSB 267Mhz may be a little to ambitious.

Boot into bios delete key after you boot into bios the next 2 keys to hit are Ctrl+F1 at the same time or together. disable sb 600 spread spectrum & Northbridge control In the Main Menu, press CTRL+F1
to access more advanced options. Then navigate to MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.) Then change the System Voltage Control change from auto to manual leave this on manual. Now select DDR voltage control. Increases memory voltage to +0.300V Hit F11 to Save CMOS to BIOS Set Memory Clock Now navigate to Set Memory clock change from Auto to Manual leave this on manual Set this at DDR800 You should try reducing the FSB 250Mhz Now Hit Esc. Save & Exit Setup
Save all the changes made in the BIOS Setup program to the CMOS and exit BIOS Setup.
Reboot enter bios navigate to DRAM Configuration DDRII Timing Items Change DDR timming items from Auto to manual. Now the only numbers to change will appear on the left the SPD and Auto values are for reference only.
                      Try these---->
                      x CAS# latency 5T
                      x 1T/2T Command Timing 2T
                      x TwTr Command Delay 3T
                      x Write Recovery Time 5T
                      x Precharge Time 3T
                      x Row Cycle Time 20T
                      x RAS to CAS R/W Delay 5T
x RAS to RAS Delay 3T
                      x Row Precharge Time 5T
x Minimum RAS Active Time 15T
Now Hit Esc. Save & Exit Setup Save all the changes made in the BIOS Setup program to the CMOS and exit BIOS Setup.
(Pressing F10 can also carry out this task.)
Now enter Bios again and see if these settings are still set. The only timing numbers that should change are the ones on the left the others are for reference only. Now run a memory tester. Memtest86+ V2.11 (22/12/2008)
Download link----> Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
When this has been performed with no errors you then should go into bios and Hit F11 to Save CMOS to BIOS.

Good Job! Turn up FSB a little at a time until errors then set back a little when you reach the limit.
Keep an I on heat. Post pictures.
