ma770t-ud3p, no post, 3 long beep 1 short beep

anybody knows what does 3 long beep and 1 short beep means for award bios? it's not listed anywhere

i just finish my new build. when i turn it up, that's all i got, 3 long beep and 1 short beep with nothing on screen.

i took out the components one by one to no avail. even when there is only the cpu, still the same thing.
I took out the cpu (so nothing on the motherboard, just power) and there is only silence when I turn it on.

should the motherboard go to post when there is no cpu?
wat do you guys think the problem here? MB or CPU?

When there's no CPU inserted the board won't be able to POST. I don't know what the code means but it could be the RAM being incompatible. Try some other RAM if possible.
