Cant overclock this board HELP!!!!!!!!

I am trying to over clock the CPU but i can't get it stable past 3.26 GHZ any input would be greatly appreciated.
The CPU i've had for 2 months i used it on my other system on a EVGA 780i mobo at i could get it running at 3.80 GHZ no problems.
I have to say i am a little confused with gigabyte bios wished there was some explanation about the bios i can look at.

Please fill out one of the BIOS templates you see in many other threads here. Without knowing what settings you used it's kinda hard to tell where you went wrong ;)
