      Re: EP43-DS3L Random Crashing

I'd first check that the orb is not in contact with the NB heatsink or pushing it up, and make sure the NB heatsink is seated properly. It should get warm or even hot while the computer is under load, if ti feels cool than there might be a problem.

Post your BIOS settings with a screen capture of MemSet main and spd windows, and also HWMonitor (CPUID) window, for a more complete picture.
Put you system specs in your sugnature, this will become handy when the threads gets longer.

The memory does not have EPP profile?
Please fill the following template with your own settings and post it back.
It's just a template, ugnore the values in it replace them with your own settings, the defaults on the left and those that are entered.
Delete lines that are not applicable to your board.
            Code:
            Motherboard: Model: Rev#: Bios Version:
            Cpu: Model
Ram: Brand, Model/Part#, Link to your ram's specs
Power Supply Unit: Brand, Model#, Wattage

Default settings for new setups that are not overclocked.

note: replace all ?? with the value displayed in your bios.
----> Replace "Auto" with manually set values.

                  Re: EP43-DS3L Random Crashing

The MCH Core is missing in your settings, and why the 195 tRFC does it do any better than the default?
For defaut memory speed (DDR-800) I'd leave all timing on autom with DRAM voltage 1.8-1.9v, for DDR-8500 change only the standard, leave advanced on auto.
This settings is stable or you still having crashes?

The Mch core is on 1.1 have tried 1.3 but crash with this settings more offten
with the 195 tRFC setting is more stable but still crashing on games

                    What else can i do???

Have you tried moving the memory modules to the other slots?

You should be in DDR2-1&DDR2-3 first if errors try DDR2-2&DDR2-4 and yes you should ad a little MCH core voltage for 4GB and set the memory voltage back to auto 1.8v-1.9v you don't need more ddr2 voltage at DDR800Mhz @ 1066Mhz you would. But set the settings on auto initially.

So you cleared cmos and put the memory in slot 2 and 4 right?
