i got this error

when i tried to reply to a post with my bios template info... even after i chopped it down... no way i was anywhere near that many... any ideas?

That just means that you have more spaces, dots, letters numbers, and so on that exceeds TT max of 10,000.

Use this template and replace with your settings.

BTW you don't need to post multiple times on the same thing....

If you copy the text from word or wordpad thre post editor may insert control characters for font and styles that you don't see. Save the settings in a plain text file, open it with notepad select all text (ctrl+a) copy (ctrl+c), then click the # icon in post editor and paste (ctrl+v) it between the code tags.
