Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3L foxconn Socket/Issue.

Hello, I just bought Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3L throught NewEgg.com. Does it have the Foxconn issue with bad sockets? , at the time when i bought it I wasn't aware of the issue. This motherboard looks to be new since it has 0 reviews on Newegg.

This issue mainly affects extreme users, I have not seen anyone with issues using the board in a normal or normal overclockers fashion
