  • Vcore Question

I am overclocking an E8500 processor and have had problems getting past 4.0 GHz. In my BIOS I set the CPU Vcore to 1.25625. In EasyTune 6 it says 1.2375. CPUID says it is 1.22 and CPU-Z says 1.184 to 1.2. I even ran Prime95 and watched the Vcore and that is the readings. What is correct?

                Re: Vcore Question

LLC is fine enabled, those stories are just that.

For 4Ghz you may need 1.3+ actual so keep that in mind, Vtt will also need to be increased
