Beta BIOS for EP45 DS3P?

So I noticed there are Beta BIOS's (version f9) for the EP45 and just wondering if they are worth downloading. What are they meant to fix, any bug fixes or improvements?

Just posting this as I am unable to find anything through search.

CPU: C2D E8500 1.2250V
RAM: OCZ Reapers DDR2 800 (4-4-4-15) 2.1V
Mobo: Gigabyte EP45-DS3P
PSU: Corsair HX620 - 620W
Case: CoolerMaster CM690
HDD1: Western Digital 150GB Raptor
HDD2: Western Digital 640GB 640AACS

It's F9c released 03.Sep 09 with AHCI 1.20E ROM .
