GA-EP31-DS3L problem

Hello,

I have GA-EP31-DS3L with 2x1Go of RAM and Intel e5200 2,5Ghz.
When i start computer, boot of bios is slow, about 15 seconds to display Memory Testing. How can i disable this test of memory ?

Do you mean the mempry test takes 15 seconds, or is it 15 seconds before it start?

Yes 15 seconds before if start. So during 15 seconds there is nothing on the screen.

Try booting with only one memory module in the first memory slot.
Repeat this test with the other memory module.
Any difference?
Have you tested your memory using Memtest86+ for at least 8 - 10 full passes?

Do not remove or replace memory until you turn off your system and power off your power supply using the on/off switch on the psu.

Which revision of the GA-EP31-DS3L board are you running, Rev 1.0, 2.0, or 2.1? Can you also find out which bios version came with your board or you have flashed?
