GA-EP43-UD3L problem :S

I have the following build:
MB GIGABYTE GA-EP43-UD3L 775 P43 R
CPU INTEL|PDC E6300 2.8G 2M RT
HD 500G|SEAGATE ST3500418AS
VGA HIS H485QT512P HD4850 512M RT
PSU COMPUCASE|HP485D RETAIL 485W RT
MEM 2Gx2|CRUC CT2KIT25664AA800 R

i have no problem with any components being installed and working on this board except the ram, i put the ram in both yellow sockets (1/3) and memtest86 freezes, i put them in the red ones (2/4) it freezes. 1/4 & 2/3 also freeze, I try running each ram stick alone they are fine the pass the test. i want to note also i am able to boot fine with dual channeling but if i do anything ram intensive it will freeze.

Also i updated my bios to f8

I want to say also i am totally new to ram issues so i am clueless to what to do at the moment.

Load optimized defaults and try setting MCH Core 1.2v and Performance Enhance standard in MIT.

Have you also set Performance enhance standard?
Try the second stick alone in slot 3.
Do you use memtest86 or memtest86+.
Try downloading the latest memtest86+ from the programs sticky if it's not the one you are using.

The motherboard revision number is in the lower rear left corner near the mounting hole.
Try setting DRAM Voltage = 1.90 volts.

At the bios main screen screen press CONTROL + F1 before you enter the MIT section. This might show more bios options.
Your EP43-UD3L will not display all the bios settings in the template.

Which version of Memtest86+ are you using? Do NOT use the Memtest v3.x version.

yeah revision 1.0 and i am using memtest v4.0, even without the memtest, prime95 blend test causes the lock up.

It's not clear if you tried Chike's suggestion to test with Performance Enhance = Standard.
Can you borrow a different pair of 2x2GB or 2x1GB memory to test with?
Does your bios provide MCH Core options less than 1.20? Less than 1.10?
