Help with P55M-UD2 with 8GB RAM

I recently bought a new computer (i7,8GB RAM (4 x 2GB), ATI 5850, 1TB,...) and I'm having this problem :
Everytime in the morning when I start the computer it freezes at Starting Windows screen, and then I can do million restarts and it will go through, but next day when I start it, it freezes again.
I upgraded BIOS etc, etc, nothing helps. In the store they already changed the motherboard (before I had UD2H), but that obviously doesn't help.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Please fill out a template from my signature with your full specs and BIOS settings, then we can help.

With 8GB of memory you need to make some changes, this is the issue most likely.

The settings I need you to enter into that are in the MIT Section of your BIOS.

Is maybe this the problem?

It may or may not be compatible, they often do not have all memory that is compatible because they can't test all the memory that it out there.

Please give me your BIOS settings, then I can help. Why did you not do this already? You probably just need to make some BIOS changes is all, but I need to see your current settings before I can advise back.

So PLEASE give me your current BIOS settings in a template
