Everytime I turn on my computer the computer peeps then restarts with another peep then boots into the OS.

ps:Memory is on flux mode and has been tested with mem test

What BIOS are you using?

Can you link to your memory, list us your full specs, and then give us your full settings in a template from my signature.

when i get a spare minute i will do that
but I think it may be the psu as its only 250 watts , I could be wrong

Ohh, ya that might be a huge issue!

I'd suggest at least 450-500W
