it should but you might need to manually set qpi/vtt voltage for it to see full 16gb,test each stick one at a time in first white slot from cpu socket, they will all boot into windows if the modules are working

EDIT: the manual says for dual sided modules to install in slots #2-1-5-4

Yes, I currently have it in 2/1 and 5/4. The white ones are 3 and 6. I looked at what most people are recommending for qpi/vtt;1.65V RAM- and 1.35V QPI/VTT voltage; I am going to try this later on tonight. I am hoping it works and I see the whole 16GB. Is it possible I need to try and tone it down from 1600 mhz. I thought it should see it at that.

try with 1333 or 1066 and see if sees 16gb,usually you have to lower ram speed when your using 12gb+

Let us know how you get along with this!

You may be able to run at full speed, but at first I would set them to 1066 or 1333 just to see if you get all of it to show up or not. If you do not then you will need to tinker with QPI/Vtt (1.2-1.4 or so) and ram voltage 1.6-1.7, or remove your CPU and check to be sure you do not have any bent CPU socket pins
